• Stitching and Customization: If the product requires stitching or customization, this is included in the processing time and will be completed before delivery or installation.

• Installation: For products that require installation, we will schedule the installation after the materials are ready and payments have been cleared as per our payment policy. Our team will coordinate with you to set a convenient installation date.

• Delivery and Installation Charges: Delivery and installation charges, where applicable, will be clearly mentioned in the quotation provided at the time of order confirmation.
